This is the Budget tab as it looks today. Only line entry changed. Instead of stepping through Division, Cost Code, Cost Type, Preview and Save for every single line, you open the budget, type a cost code and press ⏎. The division is worked out from the cost code, so you never pick one.
Hit Walkthrough to watch it add all three kinds of line on its own: a brand new division, a cost code inside one, then a single cost type. Greyed controls are stubbed, because they work today and this issue doesn't change them.
